A four-storey residential building in the Niroo Havaei district; full design and construction with landscaped entrance and stone-finished common areas.

A corner tear-down lot in the Niroo Havaei district became a four-storey building with four 110 m² units. The corner position allowed two-sided daylight, and layouts were designed around an open kitchen and unified living space.

Common areas were finished in full stonework with linear lighting, and the completion certificate was obtained without a single Article-100 ruling.
