Pasdaran Luxury Residence

An eight-unit luxury building in Pasdaran with a grand lobby, full smart-home systems and premium materials.

Roof garden with linear lighting and a timber bench at sunset

In Pasdaran the client wanted a building that stands out in north Tehran's competitive market. A marble lobby with linear lighting, full smart control of lighting and HVAC, and acoustic insulation set this project apart.
